TH5-NT SETUP INSTRUCTIONS 2015-07-22

A.    Scope of use

This transformer suit for all kinds of neon tubing (Mixture argon/neon gas)

B.    Installation requirement

1. Ensure the input voltage and frequency suited for the transformer

2.The transformer must be proper grounded

3. Minimize the length of HT cable

4. Keep the transformer away from the flammable material 

5.Ensure mounted transformer in the cool place

 

C.   Installation position

1.Any place in indoor

2.The unit should be mounted in the proper place

3.Ensure fix it properly when install on the wall or any place vertically to the ground.

4.Any improper operating shall void the warranty

 

D.       Principium of the transformer

 

E.       Connection

1.The input wire recommend use the >1.5mm2 plastic wire. Connect in L H

2.The out put cable must use the pressure-proof >15KV silicon cable and >0.5mm2 , connect to the output place.

3.Metallic conduit terminated in fittings listed for grounding all the way back to its breaker panel

4.ensure the screws tight when finish

Remark:

The maximum length in feet may vary according to output cable length and environment. Deduct one foot from above figures for each pair of electrodes while more than two tubes connected in series. Figures for mercury tubes are based on operation in temperature above 4°C. Deduct 25% value of above if operation below 4°C. Do not operate over the maximum value, otherwise the life time and performance of this device may be reduce
